Meet the Punch Bunch: Hannah, Digital Marketing Assistant.

As part of a new blog series, we’re taking a closer look at the inner workings of the Punch Bunch and the projects we’re currently bringing to life in our Digital Agency studio. Here we catch up with Hannah, our new Copywriter and Digital Marketing Assistant on her latest job with KMRE Group.

 

Our Digital Agency in Leeds was tasked with creating a brochure for KMRE’s new development, Riverside, which required our Digital Marketing and Design teams to work together.

 

So Hannah, tell us about the job brief?

The brief was to create a brochure for KMRE’s new development Riverside in Nottingham. My role was to provide the copywriting for the brochure, to ensure all the information was put across in an engaging and insightful way in order to help persuade people to invest in the properties. I worked closely with the design team who had created a mock-up of the brochure and told me which areas I needed to cover. It was then my job to sell it!

 

What skills did you use?

Firstly, I conducted research to ensure I had included all the important facts and figures. I also looked at past KMRE brochures in order to maintain their style and tone whilst retaining consistent branding. I also looked into Nottingham as an area as I’ve only visited it a couple of times and wanted to get a better feel for the location. Once I’d compiled all the information I needed, I put my writing skills to the test to create the content!

 

What was the best aspect of this job?

I’m an English Literature graduate so writing is what I love to do more than anything. Any assignment that involves writing is where I feel I do my best work. It was also my first time writing copy for a print brochure so it was great to try something new. I received some really good feedback from the brochure, which boosted my confidence.

 

Was there anything you didn’t like about this job?

The fact that I can’t move into Riverside! After doing so much research into the development, I ended up persuading myself that I want to live there too.
