Being a boutique hotel in central York, Hotel Indigo York already had a loyal customer base. However, they not only wanted to keep these customers engaged through their social media platforms but also reach new customers. They wanted to entice people who had never visited them before to visit their hotel and their recently opened restaurant, No.88 Walmgate.
Alongside their new website and brand refresh, we worked closely with Hotel Indigo York to create a rich social media strategy. We looked at how we could develop the brand through Instagram, Facebook and Twitter, but also show the hotel and team’s fun and engaging personality. Across all platforms, we created content, devised a social media strategy, managed the platforms and implemented targeted social media campaigns.
