We are proud to work with the National Coal Mining Museum as one of the regions premier visitor attractions. Our work began by being selected from a design pitch to review their main visitor leaflet. From there we were asked to consider the wider brand application and how the front end visitor materials work in relation to the visitor experience.
Our design team has reviewed and refreshed the brand approach to the entire creative suite including print advertising, email marketing, online graphics and marketing to schools and corporates visiting the site.
The client had a recent marketing audit carried out by Visit England where the following comments were made:
“The museum has a very strong and positive presence. The web site benefits from a highly visual design, excellent images, useful downloads, comprehensive, up to date information and a small online shop and online tour booking facility. The leaflet combines excellent standards of design, illustration, copy writing and imagery”.
The result of this marketing review raised their score to 90% – the highest score of all the areas assessed at the Museum. (last year 80%).
