RAR Recommended Agency Status
When you work in the design industry you often hear the same old stories from different clients.
They often concern their experiences (often bad) of design agencies in the past.
Luckily of course those people are now talking to us, so their problems are in the past!
But it did lead us to consider the pitfalls that any client has to overcome in finding an agency they can work with.
The design industry is unregulated, so basically anyone can buy some kit and start up. We wanted to address this blind leap of faith clients have to take into the design world – which is when we found the RAR Agency Register.
RAR are a widely acknowledged (used by BP, Aviva, Best Western, Specsavers and TalkTalk amongst many others) body who hold a list of accredited agencies. It is the closest thing we have to a Guild of Master Craftsmen.
Any agency has to apply to join, and their clients are approached to give anonymous feedback about their services. If you receive positive feedback relating to a range of criteria you are invited to join.
What we like about RAR is any agency is constantly under scrutiny. Your membership is revoked if you do not keep us your level of positive feedback. The more good feedback you get the more positive your profile becomes.
We decided to join the RAR register to give people an impartial reference of our services.
As a result of our client feedback we were delighted to be awarded outstanding status, something we are now constantly working to maintain and improve upon.
