Who we work with
We have been lucky enough to meet and begin working with some fantastic clients at Punch Creative.
When we started our design agency in late 2007 the financial forecast was pretty bleak. Winning work in agency land was tough (as it still is) and in that environment we quickly learned the value of good client services. It was during that time that we came up with our simple, but effective strategy for our own business growth:
Concentrate on our clients, constantly improve our services, give people more and make sure they are 100% happy.
Hardly a strategy worthy of Bill Gates or Sir Alan Sugar but in simple terms it ensured our client retention rate remained high, and the clients we did have were only too happy to recommend us to others. Many of the major clients you see on this page can be traced back to this philosophy. In more than one case the same person has introduced us to new business a number of times.
This would not be possible if we were not capable of producing quality work and measurable end results – no one would employ our services purely on the basis of our being nice (although we are pretty nice).
The development of our in house services has also allowed us to strengthen our relationship with each client – by offering them more. The design agency we began in 2007 has now become a turnkey solution of print, web and new media services for our clients. It’s a corny phrase but we are now a genuine one-stop-shop agency, producing work from concept to completion.
That said, it doesn’t mean that every new client of our has to employ our services on a grand scale, or have the marketing budget of a nationwide building society.
We work with a range of clients across a wide variety of market sectors – and we can work with you too, whatever your budget may be.
We are able to do this because we have remained an adaptable, client focused agency who has made a success of working with clients on a local, national and international level.
Whatever the size of your company one thing remains the same – every project begins with an idea.
