Cascade are a great company with a fantastic product. The issue when we met them was the brand did not match this reality. We worked with their team over a number of months to match the brand more closely to the product and project this new image to their target market.
Our design team created a more friendly, welcoming brand with a warmer colour palette, refreshed logo style and use of softer illustrations to present a highly complex software product to the HR market. The new brand was launched with a new website, email marketing campaign and range of print marketing and advertising campaigns.
The key part to the success of the brand refresh was the increased engagement with Cascade’s core demographic, which in turn increased in-bound sales leads, demo pack requests and the conversion of live accounts.
