We were originally approached by SHG to help consolidate some of their more simple brand collateral. From there we were asked to review their website presence and propose how we could provide design and marketing support to each of the hotels in their portfolio.
The group currently operate a range of luxury, full and limited service hotels across the UK. This includes a number of branded properties such as Holiday Inn, Hilton and Indigo, and also a number of independent hotels too.
Our current remit with the SHG group has been to redevelop their website presence and that of their individual hotels. We also support each hotel with design, email marketing, social media and both paid (PPC) and organic SEO.
Many of the hotels have established brands to keep compliant while we have developed the brands of others. The portfolio is varied in terms of location and product so we have developed a range of marketing strategies to best promote each hotel.
Since we began our work with the group in 2016 we have redeveloped their online portfolio, implemented email marketing strategies, grown social media following and engagement and completed a range of creative design projects to increase the revenue streams of each hotel.
